Recruit, Retain and Recharge

In this session, we will be exploring the all-important topic of people. If we go in to almost all organisations and ask the question ‘what is your greatest asset?’ the response will nearly always be ‘our people’. Statistically this is the case with a large proportion of workplace budgets spent on people.

All sounds good…well maybe not! The better question to ask would be ‘do people feel like the greatest asset?’ from which we could be sure that the answer would vary, depending on who we speak with! This people priority session is designed to bring the latest thinking and practical tools to our leaders to help our people to not just ‘survive’ but to ‘thrive’. The bespoke model for bringing the best staff in, keeping hold of them and developing them to be A-game operators will be discussed and dissected with the sole purpose of helping leaders get the most from their teams.

It will be interactive, fun and full of useful ‘take-aways’ to really make people our priority.
